Assunda Marie Brown

Assunda Maria Mazzarella Lapola Brown, age 86, of Temple City, California passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Assunda was born September 10, 1932 in Esmond, Rhode Island. Assunda was the daughter of Salvatore Lapolla and Anna Mazzarella Lapolla. She had a sister, one half sister, one half brother and three step brothers.
Mary Lapolla, Corrine Napoleon, Herbert Napoleon, Henry Lapolla, Louis Lapolla, Joseph Lapolla. Assunda married Herbert Wm. Brown in June of 1952. They were married for 59 years. Assunda is survived by her eight children, three daughters, Colleen Terry of Rialto, CA., , Linda Loy of San Bernardino, CA., and Laura Cueves of Temple City, CA., and five sons, Keith Brown of Huntington Beach, CA., Bruce Brown of Montesano, WA., Randal Brown of Huntington Beach, CA., Herbert Brown Jr. of Madera, CA., and Michael Brown of Medford, OR., as well as her fourteen grandchildren, Robert, Michael, Brian, Kristina, Richard, Aaron, Matthew, Randal Jr., Brittany, Aracely,
Michael Jr., Chelsea, Alexa and Vincent; and, nineteen great grandchildren. Services were held at Pierce Brothers in San Gabriel. Assunda will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens Memorial Park, Medford, Oregon. Assunda was greatly loved by
