Cynthia Jane Kirkland, age 55, of Gold Hill, Oregon passed away on Friday, May 27, 2011 in Central Point, Ore. She was born in Vallejo, Cal. to Loren and Lila (Nelson) Kirkland on January 2, 1956.
She graduated from Dinuba High School and married Jerry Baker in Reno, Nev. in 1974, they were married for 23 years. Cynthia lived in southern Oregon for most of her life after moving from Cal. in 1974. She enjoyed crafts, sewing, modeling and volunteered at the elementary school.
Cynthia is survived by her mother, Lila; partner, David Egbert; sons, Daniel and Christopher; daughters, Hollie and Heather; brother, Loren Kirkland, Jr.; sister, Susanne Anderson and grandchildern, Mathew, Crystal, Lief, Kaylee and Ruby. She was preceded in death by her father, Loren Kirkland, Sr. and brother, Michael Kirkland.
