Dean D. Cook, 70 of Salem, Oregon passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at Gideon Thadeus Adult Foster Care in Salem, Oregon.
A viewing will be held from 10:00am-10:45am on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 followed by a funeral service and graveside at Memory Gardens Mortuary and Memorial Park.
