Services for Mother and Daughter will be held together on Wed. March 8th 2017 at Memory Gardens Chapel on Arnold Lane at 11:00am. There will be a potluck gathering at 5pm at 1107 Steven st. in Medford to celebrate their lives. There will also be a gathering for family and close friends at Butte Falls Cemetery.
Delberta AKA Bert was born on October 23rd 1941 in Medford to Delbert and Joyce Spain. in 1964 she married Elwood Emerine AKA Barney who preceded her in death in 2008. Bert left us to join her husband on February 23rd 2017 at the age of 75.
Debra AKA Deb was born to Bert and Barney on November 19, 1965 in Medford, Oregon. Deb left us to join her parents on March 1, 2017 at the age of 51.
Bert and Deb both enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, crafting, collecting and Indian culture. They will be missed by many.
They are survived by Bert's brother Bruce Spain, Bert's other daughter Darla Emerine, Deb's children Taylor Delauney, Rebecca Jenkins-Carroll and Victoria Ward, Deb's grandchildren, Tucker and Tayten Delauney, Michael and Lillian Jenkins-Carroll, Darla's son Nick Burris, Darla's grandchildren Arianna and Landon Burris.
