Delphia Elizabeth Bogart, 88 years of Eagle Point, Ore. passed away on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Belgrove Adult Foster Care in Eagle Point. She was born to Elias and Loachia (Royce) Goodwin on Sept. 13, 1922 in Cascade, WV.
Delphia married Bernard E. Bogart on April 15, 1937 in Little Falls, WV and they raised 5 girls together. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting and spending time with her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard in 1996. Delphia is survived by her daughters, Margaret Watanabe of San Juan, CA; Janet (Edward) Beaver of White City, OR; Trish Ferris of Eagle Point, OR; Carol M. Vanole of Sams Valley, OR; and Sue E. Peck of Wichita, KS and her brother, Kenneth Turner of WV.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 1, 2011 at 2:00pm at Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
