Dorothy Icenhower (Smith)

Dorothy Icenhower (nee, Smith) was born in Crowder, Oklahoma on October 16, 1923. Dorothy passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 surrounded by loved ones.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Maude and Andrew Smith, husband, Chester Icenhower and beloved brothers; Dan, Jack and Johnny.
She is survived by her four children; Judy (Glenn) Farley of Medford, Ore. Dale (Cindy) Icehower of Washington, Gary (Karen) Icenhower of White City and Mike (Eileen) Icenhower of Central Point; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Dorothy and Chester were married 50 years before his death. She retired from Providence Hospital after 22 years. She loved to make quilts, bowling and making people laugh. Most of all, she loved spending time with her amazing family.
Funeral services will be held at Memory Gardens Mortuary, 1395 Arnold Lane, Medford, Ore at 10:00am on Friday, January 18, 2013. Pastor Dick Bull of Eagle Point Community Bible Church officiating.
