Forrest Eugene Paullin II, 24, passed away December 23, 2013 in White City, Oregon. He was born August 29, 1989 to Marion (Pat) and Tammie Paullin in Medford, Oregon. He was a life-long resident of the Rogue Valley, living in White City.
Forrest was graduate of Eagle Point High School and served in the U. S. Navy. He enjoyed hunting and was a family man. He was working for Wal-Mart as a retail associate.
Forrest is survived by his parents, Pat and Tammie Paullin of White City, Oregon; daughters, Baylee and Alyssa Paullin of White City, Oregon; sister, Jennifer Walker of Albany, Oregon; and brothers Jeffery Paullin of Albany, Oregon and Andrew Paullin of White City, Oregon.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Forrest Paullin Donation account for the care of his daughters at any Washington Federal Branch.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Memory Gardens. James Larsen will officiate.
