Frances Elaine Bates, 85, of Gasquet, CA. passed away Monday, May 26, 2008 in Grants Pass, OR. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Memory-Gardens Memorial Park in Medford, OR. She is survived by four daughters; Norma Cassady of Gasquet, CA., Barbara Lee of Grants Pass, OR., Jan Bishop and Gayle Rush both of VC Highlands, NV., she was preceded by her husband Mark L. Bates in 1979.
