Grace was born January 18, 1928 in Weippe, Idaho to Lester and Bernice Gordon. Grace was married to Carl E Neely for 58 years until his death in 2005. They moved to Ashland, OR to operate a Richfield service station in 1950. Grace maintained a huge garden and menagerie of animals for most of her life. Grace had a passion for flowers, fruits, vegetables, picnics, travel, the ocean, spicy food, dog sledding, puffy white clouds, and the hapless Seattle Mariners. Grace valued honesty and hard work.
Grace was predeceased by her brother Clyde Gordon of Wasilla, AK. Grace is survived by her stepbrother Irwin (Jan) of Garibaldi, OR, son Michael (MaryAnn) of Phoenix, OR, daughter Karen (Stephen) of Bellingham, WA, grandchildren Nicholas (Heather), and Laura (Rob), and great grandchildren Owen, Levi, and Finley.
