Hazel Pauline Backes, age 92, of Medford, OR. passed Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012.
She was born June 21, 1919 in Centralia, WA. to George & Irene(Fresch)Adams.
Hazel married Bill Backes who preceded her in 1990. She enjoyed gardening, growing roses and music, especially Elvis Presley. Hazel is survived by three sons; Richard D., George and James Backes, eight grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband Bill and two daughters Wilma I. Backes and Judy Mae Oliver.
Private family interment will be in Memory Gardens Memorial Park. Memory Gardens Memorial Park & Mortuary in care of arrangements.
