Helen Marie Anderson

Helen Marie Anderson, 95, went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ November 3, 2014. She was born April 4, 1919 in Philadelphia, Ill. She married Edward "Sharkey" Anderson May 17, 1937. In May of 1938 at the age of 19 she traveled to the west coast with the first of their three children Elizabeth ":Gerrie" Smith (deceased Clifford).

After moving to Oregon, she was soon followed by daughter Carol (Don) Wallace followed by a son Jim (Diana)Anderson, all still living in the Rogue Valley at the time of her death. Helen has six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Family graveside interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 21, 2014 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park. A celebration of Helen's life ceremony will be announced.
