Helen Inez Snow

Helen Snow, 87, of Jackson-ville, Ore. passed away April 22, 2014 at Providence Medford Medical Center, Medford, Ore. Helen was born October 17, 1926 in El Dorado, Ark. to Elvie and Bessie Trimble. She married Henry Snow in 1945. They had six children and were later divorced.
Helen worked at the Rogue Valley Manor for many years and then at Providence Hospital. She retired in 1997.
She is survived by two sons, Hank Snow (Annette) and Billy Snow (Teri); four daughters, Marie Wiedrich (Ray), Carolyn Himmelman (Steve), Brenda Snow, and Janice Snow (Mike); grandchildren, Michael, Darla, Heather, Gary, Cheryl, Steven, and Michelle; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; two sisters, Olive Sowell (Charles) and Louise Snow. She was preceded in death by her parents; five sisters; one brother; and the love of her life, grandson, Michael Anthony Albert.
A viewing will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2014 and a service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Memory Gardens. A potluck at her sister Ollie's house, 4250 W. Main, will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers,contri-butions may be made to Relay for Life of Ashland, Ore., 31 W. Sixth St., Medford, OR 97501.
