Janet Kay Duer, also known as Jan, age 73 of White City, Ore. passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, December 1, 2013.
Janet was born in Lansing, MI to Hilda (Kessler) Fink and Wendall Fink on June 28, 1939 in Yreka, Cal. She was married to Arthur M. Duer III. They lived in the Rogue Valley for 52 years. She worked and retired from the 3M Company. She enjoyed fishing, Elvis, 7-Feathers, all sports and spending time with family and friends.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arthur M. Duer III and her daughter, Robin Lee Duer. Her survivors include: daughter, Jeannette of White City; sons, Arthur (Michelle) of Gold Hill and Scott (Kris) of Camas, WA; and seven grandchildren: Brandon, Chris, Ashlie, Anthony, Cody, Sara and Travis; and three great-grandchildren: Avery, Ivy and Aryis; her brother, Robert, nieces, nephews, several cousins and a great many friends.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Memory Gardens Chapel, 1395 Arnold Lane, Medford, Ore. Paul Hagedorn of Providence Hospice will officiate. The internment will be at Memory Gardens Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be sent to Asante Hospice, 2960 Doctors Park Drive, Medford, Ore 97504.
