Jesse Nelson Lamproe, 55, of White City, died Friday, November 2, 2007 at Providence Medford Medical Center.
Jesse was born April 22, 1952 in Van Buren, Ark., to Ed and Melba (Lowery) Lamproe. On April 25, 1974, he married Cindy L. Johnson, who survives him.
Jesse's family moved here from Van Buren, Ark., when he was two years old. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping, skateboarding when younger, and spending time with his grandchildren. He also loved playing with his pugs. He worked at Harry and David doing various jobs, finally as a refrigerator technician.
Jesse is also survived by one son, Keith Lamproe (Natalie), of White City; two grandchildren, Kaiden and Malachi; sister, Margie Purcel, of Arkoma, Okla.; brothers, Eddie Lamproe, of Phoenix, Del Lamproe, of White City, Leonard Lamproe, of California, and Joey Amundson, of Rolland, Okla.; sisters, Brenda Johnson, of Arkoma, Okla., and Sherry Allen, of Milwaukee, Ore.; his father, Ed Lamproe, of Yucca Valley, Calif. Jesse is preceded in death by his mother.
Funeral service for Jesse will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at Memory-Gardens Chapel with Josh Jordan of Applegate Christian Fellowship officiating.
