Joyce Mildred Heinlein, age 86 years, passed Friday, Oct. 16, 2020 at her home. She was born Sept. 10, 1934 in Twin Falls, ID to parents Leonard Lemming Bailey & Mildred Louella Turner. She married Charles Cook who preceded her. Joyce had been an LPN during her working years. She is survived by three children; son's Paul Heinlein, Troy Heinlein and daughter Lynette Hostetter. No services are planned at this time.
