Karen Kay Ritcheson

Karen Kay Ritcheson passed away early on the morning of Saturday, February 8th after a short battle with Cancer. She was surround by family.  She was born Oct. 26, 1943 in York, NE. to parents Milton & Laura(Doremus) Ulmer. She married Lee William Ritcheson who preceded her. A celebration of life will be held at Cow Creek Community Church at 930 A.M. on the Tuesday, 18th of February.  The church is located at 10168 Deschutes Rd., Palo Cedro, CA 9607. She will be laid to rest with Lee in the Northern California Veterans Cemetery in Igo, CA.

Karen worked for the Shasta county school district in the Cafeteria for 30 years.   Karen was a member of Cow Creek Community Church before moving to Medford Oregon to Live with her Sister and Brother in Law.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Lee and her parents Milt and Laura Ulmer.

Karen is survived by her son Kevin and daughter in law Christy, her granddaughter Kimberly and husband Ben and her sister Sharen and brother in law Joe and numerous nieces and nephews.
