KIM ANN SHOEMAKER, age 52, died on March 26, 2018 at Three Rivers Hospital in Grants Pass, OR. Funeral services will be held at the LDS Church Stake Center in Central Point at 2305 Taylor Rd. at 10:00 am on Friday, March 30th.
Kim was born on April 9, 1965 to Elizabeth Anna Brill and Benjamin Franklin "Jack" Worden in Grants Pass, OR. She grew up in Oregon and Minnesota and then went on to live in New York and New Jersey until she returned to the Rogue Valley in 1999 where she has lived in Grants Pass, Gold Hill, Medford and Central Point. She married Darryl Shoemaker on December 19, 2003 at the Medford LDS Temple. She most recently worked as an office administrator at Memory Gardens Mortuary. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, aromatherapy and crafts during her time off. Along with Darryl, she is survived by her mother, Elizabeth, several brothers and sisters, her niece Ralinda Brennan, her Aunt Faye Lapp as well as many cousins in the area. She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Worden, her sister, Linda Syzmanski and her brother, William Soder as well as the many ancestors with whom she is reunited.
