Leonard Tony David Hoffer

Leonard Tony David Hoffer, 94 of Talent, Ore. passed away on Friday, August 10, 2012 at his home. He was born June 13, 1918 in Reliance, SD to Jacob and Eva Hoffer, the youngest pf 13 children.
He moved to Portland, Ore. in 1931 and served in the military. Leonard worked for Union Pacific Railroad for a number of years and for ODT for 26 years. He married Cleora Maxine Davis on Sept. 18, 1948 in Reno, NV. She preceded him in death in 1999.
Leonard attended the Seventh Adventist and Harvest Baptist Temple. He enjoyed gardening, traveling, woodworking and many social activities.
He is survived by several nephews, nieces and two special grandchildren. A funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 10:00am at Harvest Baptist Temple, 2001 Columbus Ave Medford, Ore. 541-773-3141 with internment at Memory Gardens Memorial Park www.memorygardensmortuary.com
