Leslie Jay Chaplan

Leslie Jay Chaplan, age 66, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 10th, 2019 at his home outside of Jacksonville, Oregon. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends. Leslie was born in Hollywood, California to Carl and Rose Chaplan. He went on to become a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Leslie was a passionate farmer and tree planter. He is survived by his wife, Mary Chaplan, and son, Cory Chaplan. Leslie will forever be a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend.A Celebration of Life & Remembrance will be held at1:00PM on Saturday, December 14th, 2019 at Valley View Winery Tasting Room, 1000 Upper Applegate Road in Jacksonville, Oregon.
