Lucille Bashans

Lucille Bashans, age 79, of Medford, Oregon passed Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012. She was born August 24, 1933 in Brogan, Oregon to Archie & Sarah(Plumb) Allen. In 1952 she married Erman G. Bashans who preceded her in 1979. Lucille has lived in the Rogue Valley for 30years having come here from Baker, Oregon. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ latter-day Saints. She had worked for Providence hospital first as a nurses aid then later as a surgery equipment dispatcher. Lucille enjoyed cooking and painting. Survivors include six sons; Archie of Medford, Rex of Medford, Merlin of Gold Hill, Fred of WA., Gilbert of AK and Alex of Gold Hill, two brothers; Arthur Allen of Brogan, OR., and Louie Allen of Ontario, OR., a sister Cleo Cordell of Farmington, NM., 10 grandchildren as well as great and great great grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents, husband Erman, a young daughter and a brother. Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00PM Friday, Nov. 2, 2012 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
