Megan Rae-Ann Dolmage, 27, of Medford, OR passed away Monday, December 17, 2018 at her home. She fought a courageous battle with cancer over the past two years, before going to be with our Heavenly Father. Megan was born in Grants Pass, OR on October 3, 1991 to parents Rick Dolmage and Kristi Rietmann Dolmage. She graduated from NMHS in 2010, then obtained an associates degree from RCC. She aspired to be a medical assistant. Megan also advocated for survivors of domestic violence and child abuse. Megan enjoyed the outdoors, music, crafts, reading, writing, and spending time with her family. She was a devout Christian, and a member of Bethel Church and the Jonie and friends Bear Creek Church. In 2013, Megan gave birth to her son, Hayden Dolmage, who was her passion and the light of her life. She fought to support and nurture Hayden, who has multiple developmental disabilities. Megan worked to have Hayden nominated as a sparrow with SMHS, as well as arranged and coordinated his medical care, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and various other treatments, to provide him with as much support and the best possible fighting chance. Megan will be greatly missed by her wide circle of family and friends, yet she will live on through Hayden. Megan is survived by her son, parents, her brother Kyle Dolmage, sister in law Kami Dolmage, her niece and nephew, her Grammy, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. In lieu of flowers, donations can be accepted at any Rogue Credit Union for Hayden’s continued therapy treatments. A celebration of life will be held on February 9, 2019 at Bethel Church in Medford, to be officiated by Pastor Tim Olson.
