He was born March 31, 1959 in Hollywood, CA to parents Richard Jay Schlosser & Evelyn Lelda Seiber. He married Vickie Lynn Palmer in 1984 who survives. Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the Eagle Point Ward of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints, 11175 Hwy 62, Eagle Point, OR.
