Richard Lee "Rick" Hahn, age 53 years, passed Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Memory Gardens Chapel. Rick is survived by his wife Cassie L. (Johnson) Hahn, daughter Klarissa Elizabeth Hahn and son Chance Christian Hahn all of Medford, father David(Sharon) Hahn of Eugene, OR, mother Margaret Hahn of Medford, three brothers; David, Robert and Daniel.
