Roger Lamar Skinner

Roger Lamar Skinner, age 79 years, passed Monday, Feb. 15, 2021 at his home. He was born Nov. 5, 1941 in Conda, Idaho to parents Isaac Hill Skinner & Crystal May Hansen. He served his country honorably in the US Army in Vietnam. Roger married Martha Clara(Besler) Skinner who survives. He had been a postman(now called letter carrier) with the US Postal Service. He & Martha have four children; daughter Petula Williams, son's Kevin Skinner, Jared Skinner and Jason Skinner. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tues. Feb. 23, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter - day Saints in Eagle Point, OR. He will be laid to rest with military honors at Eagle Point National Veterans Cemetery.
