Thomas Alan Fachet

Thomas Alan Fachet, age 67, of Central Point, OR, passed Tuesday, April 26, 2013 at his home. He was born June 27, 1945 in St. Helens, OR to Joseph Fachet and Esther Hounshell. In 1969, he married Conny Varner who survives. Tom worked 27 years as a lathe operator for Medco until their closing; he returned to college and received his AA Degree from Rogue Community. He worked for 3M/Kodak as a trainer for 13 years. Tom and Conny are members of Bethel Assembly. He served in the National Guard for six years. Tom especially enjoyed hunting and fishing with family and friends.

Survivors in addition to Conny include a son Brian (Danielle) Fachet of Central Point, a daughter Cara Vanderpool of Medford, a sister Jean (Bob) Gish of Central Point and three grandsons; Cole, Chase and Derek.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Providence Hospice.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 6, 2013 at Bethel Church at Vista Pointe, 4245 Vista Pointe Dr, Medford, OR. Pastor Tim Olson officiating.

Private family interment will be in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
