Winfred Neal Oliver was born November 27, 1932 in Logan, New Mexico to Sanders and Ina (Cooper) Oliver. He married Betty Lou Roberts on May 30, 1952 in Klamath Falls, Ore. They raised three children together. Win worked for Southern Pacific Railroad until being inducted into the US Army on June 10, 1954 serving in Germany until May 23, 1956. When he returned from service, he went to work for California Oregon Power Co., which later became Pacific Corp. Win and Betty live many places while he was employed with Pacific Power; Klamath Falls, Prospect, Toketee Falls and Copco, where they stayed for 21 years. He worked 35 years for Pacific Power. Win is survived by wife Betty; children, Tami (Mark) Keith and Cooper (Carrie) Oliver; sisters, Inez Fallihee and Jeannie (Ed) McAuliffe; sisters-in-law, Barbara Oliver, Bernice Oliver and Wilma Kinniburgh; grandchildren, David Storey, Mary Keith, Robert and John Oliver; great-grandsons, Ty and Tevin Storey; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by son, Barton Oliver; brothers, Boyd (Bud), Doyle and Jerry Oliver. Special thanks to Asanti Hospice Caregivers, Debra, Floyd, Eva, Jaqualyn and Shanon. Funeral Services will be 1:00pm, Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Memory Gardens Chapel, Memory, Medford, Ore. with a reception to follow Inurnment will be in Klamath Memorial Park, Klamath Falls, Ore.
